FAQ

How does iCloud sync work?

TimeLens uses iCloud to sync your tasks and projects across your Macs. Your data lives in your private iCloud container — Lumontree has no access to it at any point.

Can I disable iCloud sync?

Yes. Go to System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud and toggle off TimeLens. Your data will remain stored locally on your Mac.

How do I reset my data?

Go to Settings inside TimeLens. You can clear all tracking data from there. Note: this action cannot be undone.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@lumontree.com with a description of the issue, your macOS version, and if possible a screenshot or screen recording. We investigate every report.

Do you offer refunds?

Purchases through the Mac App Store are handled by Apple. For refund requests visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
